I bought a wetsuit at the beginning of this lockdown and have started having a quick dip in the sea after dropping the kids off for their school bus/train. It's a good way to make sure that I spend a little time outside each day, and the weather has generally been kind.
The editing community uses the #stetrun or #stetwalk hashtags to share their daily exercise. It provides some incentive to get outside and do something even on days when it would be easier to stay inside!
